Women's Network

Our Women’s Network seeks to uplift, inform and empower women hoteliers, building female leaders to enrich the Working Group Committees and move into Association leadership positions while developing mentorship opportunities and establishing meaningful relationships.

Growing Together

The Association’s Women’s Network aims to inform and support women hoteliers via mentorship opportunities and meaningful relationships between its members. Launched in 2023, the group will help pave the way for more women to participate in our Working Groups and move into Association leadership positions, as well as achieve greater success in the hotel industry overall.

Held virtually every six weeks, Women’s Network meetings offer enriching agendas covering women-centered topics, including handling difficult situations in the workplace, equitable pay, real estate education, managing finances and building wealth. These meetings are tailored to help female hoteliers build the skillsets needed to buy a hotel, lead a new organization, get a promotion, ask for a salary increase and more. Additionally, the Women’s Network provides open channels of trust and communication where women can ask anything from a career development question to a technical question on financing—fostering valuable business relationships and mentorship opportunities.
