Europe Emerging Leaders Network
Purpose:
Provides a forum for incorporating the voice and unique perspective of Emerging Leaders Network members on Association priorities and shaping future leaders within the Association and the industry. Focuses on helping members grow their leadership profiles/skills and foster collaboration to learn, grow their businesses and build their networks within the Association, IHG and the industry.
Scope:
Open to Association members and their teams in Europe who are emerging in their career, be it new to the industry, a department or specific responsibilities or a leadership role.
Program Benefits

Program Requirements
- You can participate in inspirational meetings in English
- You are in touch with (or have the business card of) an IHG Owners Association member or a member of the IHG Leadership team
- You show solid AND successful management experience
- You're in charge of a department, hotel or several properties with P&L responsibilities
- You have a strong appetite for continued personal and professional development in the hospitality industry
- You believe that IHG brands will continue to shape the future of hospitality…and want to be a part of it!
